Calculation of commitment period reserve (CPR calculation)

The commitment period reserve for Ukraine is calculated in accordance with decision 11/CMP.1 as 100% of the proposed assigned amount units or 100% of its most recently reviewed inventory times five . 

Ukraine has interpreted the “most recently reviewed inventory” the inventory for the year 2008 (submission 2010). That means 427799119 х 5 = 2138995595 tonnes CO2 eq

Real reserve on 30.12.2009 equal 4544475399 tonnes CO2 eq

So calculated CPR lover than real reserve.
